CURRICULUM VITAE

Ottiene la laurea in Chimica Industriale nel 1989 e il diploma di Dottorato di Ricerca in Chimica Industriale nel 1993. Dal 1994 al 2013 lavora presso il Gruppo SAES prima come tecnologo, quindi in seno alla funzione Knowledge Management ed infine, tra il 2008 e il 2013, come Corporate R&D Manager. Nel 2010 costituisce lo spin off ETC Srl presso l’Area della Ricerca di Bologna. Tra il 2010 e il 2013 gestisce ETC nel ruolo di amministratore delegato perseguendo lo sviluppo di displays basati su organic light-emitting transistors. Dal 2014, gestisce il Nanotechnology Living Lab del DHITECH, il Distretto Tecnologico di Lecce e dal 2015 coordina per DHITECH il progetto NANOAPULIA. E’ autore e co-autore di 27 brevetti internazionali e nazionali, di svariate pubblicazioni scientifiche e di molteplici presentazioni a congressi nazionali e internazionali su temi di carattere tecnico-scientifico e sull’Innovazione.

He obtained a degree in Industrial Chemistry in 1989 and a PhD in Industrial Chemistry in 1993. From 1994 to 2013 he worked at the SAES Group first as a technologist, then within the Knowledge Management function and finally, between 2008 and 2013, as Corporate R&D Manager. In 2010 he constitutes the spin off ETC Srl within the Research Area of Bologna. Between 2010 and 2013, he manages ETC in the role of chief executive officer pursuing the development of displays based on organic light-emitting transistors. Since 2014, he manages the Nanotechnology Living Lab of DHITECH, the Technological District of Lecce and from 2015 he coordinates for DHITECH the NANOAPULIA project. He is author and co-author of 27 international and national patents, of several scientific publications and of numerous presentations at national and international conferences on technology and Innovation.
