SYNOPSIS
The significant increase in demand of world energy consumption as well as clean and efficient energy resources, has prompted the essential researches on new materials and technologies. Recently, advanced functional nanomaterials have been recognized as efficient and affordable solutions for access high-performance energy conversion routes. The session organized by DSCTM intends to address the most updated aspects related to both the development of advanced functional nanomaterials, from experimental and theoretical point of view, and their applications for energy exploitation. This goal will be achieved by bringing together experts of advanced nanomaterials and technologies, catalysis and modeling in order to make a focusing both on fundamentals and functional energy conversion applications. |
