Antonio D’Orecchia was born in Rome in 1991. In 2016 he earned the Second Level Degree (cum Laude) in Nanotechnology Engineering at Sapienza University, and his thesis consisted in studying and applying the nanoprobing technique to perform electrical characterizations on IC devices. The nanoprobing system employed for this purpose is installed in a field emission scanning electron microscope in CNIS, the research center for nanotechnologies at Sapienza. The project was submitted by LFoundry S.r.l., a semiconductor company located in Avezzano (Italy), for which Antonio worked as an intern during his thesis path. His actual ambitions consist in the integration inside the business world for improving his personal knowledge, obtaining new professional skills and, simultaneously, contributing to the company growth and development.
