Graphene-based materials: challenges and perspective of applications | ||
go back | ||
In the last years not only graphene but a wide class of 2D materials beyond graphene (Silicene, Phosporene, BN, MoS2) were attracting the interest of both research institutions and private stakeholders. The aim of the "Graphene-based materials" symposia @ Nanoinnovation 2016 is to bring together scientists working in different domains, in a multidisciplinary, academic and industrial environment, to disclose and discuss challenges and opportunities of this new class of materials. In particular, new advanced materials based on graphene will be presented in this symposium, with a partcuar focus on how to ecploit the graphene network for supporting nano-meter sized magnetic units, on prespectives of large scale production, and on the role of nanocomposites material. |
