Paolo RIGHETTINI

Paolo Righettini is Associate Professor of Applied Mechanics at the School of Engineering of the University of Bergamo, Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where he is head of the Applied Mechanics and Mechatronics research group, and head of the Mechatronics and Mechanical Dynamics Lab. Since 2009, board member of "GITT - Centre on Innovation Management and Technology Transfer" of the University of Bergamo. Since 2014 chair of the PhD course in "Mechatronics, Information Technology, New Technologies and Mathematical Methods (MITIMM)". In October 2011, founder of “Mechatronics and Dynamic Devices srl”, spin-off company of the University of Bergamo. Main research interests: Design of complex mechatronic systems, Design of automatic machines, Multibody systems dynamics, Kinematics and dynamics of redundant robots and PKM, Active control of vibrations, Electric and piezoelectric drive systems.
