Anna TAMPIERI
CNR-ISTEC

Director of ISTEC-CNR, she acted as Project Coordinator in several   EU-funded projects (FP6 and FP7) and many national projects. Author of more than 200 scientific papers (H-index = 39) and inventor of 10 international patents registered all over the world. Founder of a spin-off company and idea-maker of a start-up, she translated on the market n. 7 biomedical products for bone regeneration. She tutored about 30 among Ph.D and M.Sc students. Symposium organizer in international conferences and editor of some books. Since 2011,  she is also appointed as Senior member of the Research Institute of the Methodist Hospital, USA, as consultant for materials science applied to Regenerative Medicine.
