X- Ray microscopy (XRM): Applications and new advancements |

| The symposium is dedicated to the application of x-ray microscopy for the study of micro and nano systems. Invited lectures will provide examples of application to industrial and scientific issues from different fields including catalysis, life sciences, micro electronic/micro-mechanical systems. The presented examples will include measurements carried out with laboratory based equipment as well as experiments performed at synchrotron radiation facilites. |
